Prime location

Located next to Benalmádena Pueblo, a beautiful village of whitewashed houses, adorned by brightly coloured flowers. There are many places of interest in and around the Pueblo. Plaza España in the centre of the village, is a typical Andalucian square. This is where you will find a fountain with a statue of La Niña, who has become the symbol of Benalmádena. Around the perimeter of the square there are some lovely restaurants.

The idyllic village of Benalmádena Pueblo is located less than 15 minutes drive from Málaga airport, on the hillside with fine views over the Mediterranean. Benalmádena Pueblo is full of life, and it is easy to understand why so many people choose to stay here after having strolled around the many streets and tried out the many restaurants. Foreign residents and tourists can enjoy what the village has to offer the whole year round. Go to the Casino Torrequebrada, enjoy life in the Puerto Marina and relax on one of the best beaches in the south of Spain – or play 18 holes on one of the area’s many golf courses.

The Costa del Sol is known as the Costa del Golf, and not without good reason. There are over 60 golf courses and golfing resorts located on the Costa del Sol, 4 of which are ranked in the top 10 in Europe.

PUERtO BANUS

Retamar Santa Matilde is located just 40 kilometres from Puerto Banus is Marbella’s world-famous port, right in the heart of Spain’s Costa del Sol. It’s a millionaire’s playground with beach clubs, super-yachts moored in the marina, and a long strip of bars, clubs and designer boutiques along the water. There’s another side to this firecracker of a spot, though – head away from the sea and there are quieter bars and authentic Spanish tapas.

Puerto Marina

Benalmádena Puerto Marina is several times winner of the 'Best Marina in the World' with 1,100 moorings for boats of all nationalities. Benalmadena Port - 'Puerto Marina' is one of the Costa del Sol's busiest centres by day and night. For the energetic, the nightlife carries on in sophisticated bars and clubs.

Benalmádena Costa

Here there are discos, hotels, beaches, shopping centers. Tourist attractions include Sea Life aquarium, Tivoli and Selwo Marina, a theme park with dolphins, penguins and seals among other species. 

Sierra Nevada

Mainland Spain's highest mountain range with Spain's largest ski area is just two hours away and is open from late November until early May.

MALAGA

Retamar Santa Matilde is located just 15 kilometres from Málaga Airport. It is easy to reach the beautiful town of  Benalmádena from both Málaga city and the international airport by road, train or bus. It is no wonder that Benalmádena with its privileged position looking out on the Mediterranean Sea has become so popular in the last 20 years.

MARBELLA

Marbella is locate 35km from Retamar Santa Matilde.  The Sierra Blanca mountains are the backdrop to 27 km of sandy Mediterranean beaches, villas, hotels and golf courses. West of Marbella town, the "Golden Mile" of prestigious nightclubs and coastal estates leads to Puerto Banús marina, filled with luxury yachts, and surrounded by upmarket boutiques and bars.
